PW: amelogenin gene allelic variation by PCR

Ref:Ress.175498
The PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) is an in vitro targeted replication technique providing significant quantities of a specific DNA fragment and of defined length from a low abundance sample (one to a few million copies in a few hours). The role of melogenin, a tooth enamel protein, is still not fully understood. It is encoded by a gene located on the pair of heterosomes in the human species.
